DIDDI DANCE CLASSES

RHYTHM TIME

Diddi Dance Classes are action packed and designed for both boys and girls aged 18 months up to 5 year olds. lasses are structured but relaxed and compliment the EYFS helping diddi dancers get school ready.

 

Classes include dancing, dance exercises, action and counting songs as well as props to play and dance with. Each term we also learn one of our 16 different dance themes, which include Bollywood, Rave, Hip Hop, Rock and Disco.

Not only do our classes get little ones moving and smiling, they also offer a great place to make new friends and to see your diddi dancers confidence grow. 

Rhythm Time offers award-winning fun, quality music sessions to enhance the development of babies, toddlers and preschoolers.

Our multi-sensory, music classes (from newborn to 5 years) are a fantastic way to support your little one's early development whilst spending precious time together. With the help of our special listening bunny 'Rat-a-Tat' and his dear friends, we will take you on a musical adventure of learning and discovery! Not to be missed!

SMILE GROUP

ONE YOU CHESHIRE EAST

Smile Group was set up by Natalie and Ruth in 2011. Both mums had first-hand experience of perinatal mental health challenges, and identified a gap in community support. Smile Group supports families who are affected by Perinatal Mental Illness or those that are struggling in the early stages of parenthood. We provide: 

  • peer support groups,

  • 1-1 talk therapy, 

  • home visits.

 

Smile Group has been running for over 10 years in the Cheshire East area but are new to Nantwich. They support mums and partners who are pregnant through to 3 years old.  Smile is here to remind you that you are never alone in your experience and that you can go on to truly thrive in parenthood.

One You Cheshire East supports people to change their behaviour and lifestyle to improve their health.  The service has been commissioned by Cheshire East Council.  It provides an integrated and easy-to-access option for residents to address a range of lifestyle issues.

 

One You Cheshire supports adults to achieve lifestyle behaviour change to improve health with key interventions including:-

-  Move More (physical activity)

-  Be Smoke Free (smoking cessation) 

-  Stand Strong (falls prevention) 

-  Adult Weight Management 

-  Family Weight Management 

-  Maternal Health

CREWE CENTRAL TABLE TENNIS CLUB

We are a community club with membership open to all comers of any age, gender, ethnic group, ability or beliefs.  The culture of the club is one of being welcoming, encouraging, morale boosting and performance enhancing for all its members, while at the same time striving to provide value for money.   

  • We have a thriving junior section, offering coaching and practice for beginners and advanced.  Our coaching team comprises Level 2 and Level 4 accredited coaches.   

  • Our club runs on Wednesday, all standards and ages are welcome.

  • We enter teams in the local leagues, and juniors have opportunity to compete in National Cadet and Junior competitions

FOX DANCE ACADEMY

Fox Dance Academy is an extremely friendly school with a fabulous team of teachers that have moved through our school as students and are now passing their knowledge and expertise on as teachers. All of our teachers are fully qualified, DBS checked, insured and full of a passion for dance to pass on. Our Classes include:

  • The Classics – Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Modern.

  • The Creative’s – Street dance, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Acrobatics.T


  • The Dinky’s – Mini & Me, Dinky Ballet, Dinky Tap.

  • The Adults – Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Musical Theatre Jazz.

Fox Dance Academy follow the ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance). It is a highly recognised syllabus taught in many of the top dance schools around the world. 

We all work extremely hard in class but having lots of fun, building confidence and friendships is also a huge part of what we are proud of.  All first classes are offered as a free trial, so please feel free to book in and join our FDA family.

NANTWICH CAMERA CLUB

New members are always welcome and are cordially invited to attend four meetings without obligation to join (subject to a small visitor’s attendance fee). 

 

Previous photographic experience is not necessary for membership. Advice can be provided relating to all aspects of photography and photographic equipment, both film based or digital.


If your photographic interests leave you with a desire to increase your knowledge or aspire to produce images of a higher standard, then the competitive environment of club competitions provide the ideal opportunity for rapid progress.


All members benefit greatly from the many visiting lecturers who freely share their individual expertise and creativity within an entertaining environment.

LOVE MUSIC TRUST

As lead partner and fund holder for the music education hub in Cheshire East – LMT provides a number of ensemble pathways for young musicians in the borough, both through groups that we run ourselves and through our extensive network of partners.

Our own ensembles are financially supported by the Trust; as such it only costs £90 to join for a whole year and a further £45 for each subsequent ensemble joined.

Tuesday during term time @ 4.15pm to 5.30pm

 

Nantwich Youth Choir- Led by Helen Burrell

Singing group for students age 11-19 who regularly perform at concerts and events

Thursday during term time @ 4.30pm to 6.30pm

 

String Sinfonia – Led by Clare Smith

All players approaching Grade 1 and upwards are welcome.

Friday during term time @ 5.30pm to 7.30pm
