This group is run over 12 weeks and helps people to develop skills and resilience for positive health and well being. Throughout the programme topics will include: Honest, Anxiety, Disappointment and Loss, Depression, Anger, Perfectionism, Forgiveness, Self-Acceptance, Shame, Healthy Relationships, and Resilience.
